HOME Center’s Partners

Hays County Food Bank provides food at no cost to low-income households and those suffering from some sort of food emergency due to job loss, medical emergencies, disasters, etc. There are no geographical boundaries to service.

The Austin Community Foundation grant allowed HOME Center to support individuals in their transition into permanent housing. Between July 2022 and Feb. 2023, the money received from the Austin Community Foundation assisted over 35 individuals in Hays County get into housing.
